The applicant(s) for this registration in the Nagato Spain 2027 Taikai hereby declare individually:

1. That I am in adequate physical and psychological condition to participate in the Taikai, which is a martial arts training activity of a physical, technical, and educational nature.
2. That I do not suffer from any injury, illness, ailment, physical limitation, cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal, psychological, or any other condition that is incompatible with my participation in the Taikai or that could be aggravated by martial arts practice.
3. That, in the event of suffering from any medical condition, previous injury, relevant pharmacological treatment, or doubt regarding my fitness to participate, I have consulted or will consult beforehand with a healthcare professional, personally assuming the decision to participate.
4. I have valid and sufficient medical insurance, sports insurance, or equivalent coverage that adequately covers the risks arising from the practice of martial arts and my participation in the Taikai, including, where applicable, medical assistance for accidents, injuries, or other incidents occurring during training.
5. I agree to maintain this coverage throughout my participation in the event.
6. I acknowledge and accept that participation in the Taikai as a martial arts practice involves inherent risks, including blows, falls, sprains, muscle or joint injuries, accidental physical contact, and other injuries resulting from the dynamics of the training itself.
7. I agree to act prudently, respect the instructions of the organizers, instructors, and security or medical personnel, and immediately stop practicing if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, difficulty breathing, or any other symptom that warrants stopping the activity.
8. I voluntarily assume the risks inherent in participating in the Taikai and release the organizers, instructors, collaborators, support staff, and event managers from any liability for damages or injuries arising from my participation, except in cases where legally required due to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of essential safety obligations.
9. If registering a minor, I declare that I am acting as their parent, guardian, or legal representative, assuming responsibility for their health, fitness to participate, medical or sports coverage, and supervision during the event.
