Registration for the Taikai entails the reservation of a personal, named and non-transferable place for the entire event.
As this is an in-person, training and martial arts event, held on a specific date, with limited places and organisational costs incurred in advance, requests for voluntary cancellation will be subject to the following schedule.

1. Refund schedule for voluntary cancellation by the participant

As the Taikai will begin on 23 April 2027, requests for voluntary cancellation made by the participant will be governed by the following progressive schedule:

Desde el 10 de marzo de 2027	Your ticket includes a money-back guarantee in the event that you are unable to attend for certain valid reasons. If you are unable to attend the event for any of the valid reasons listed here, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, as we have insured against this risk at no extra cost to you through ingood by Reale Seguros Generales, S.A.U.

2. Rescheduling or cancellation of the event by the organisers

If, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, the Taikai cannot be held on the originally scheduled dates, the organisers may decide to reschedule it.

The rescheduling may take place with the participation of Nagato Sensei or, if this is not possible due to health reasons, serious travel incidents, force majeure or other justified circumstances, with the participation of another Dai Shihan of the Bujinkan Dōjō designated by the organisers.

In the event of rescheduling, the registration will remain valid for the new date communicated by the organisation. If the participant is unable to attend on the new date, they may request a refund of the amount paid within the specific timeframe indicated in the rescheduling notification.
The replacement of Nagato Sensei by another Dai Shihan shall not be considered a definitive cancellation of the event, nor shall it automatically entitle the participant to a refund outside the terms set out in these conditions, where such replacement is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisation’s reasonable control and the event can still be held whilst maintaining its martial, educational and associative nature.

If the event is definitively cancelled by the organisers and no new date or alternative event with Nagato Sensei or another Dai Shihan is offered, registered participants will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, limited exclusively to the actual price paid for the ticket.

The non-attendance insurance included in the ticket price does not cover changes, rescheduling, substitutions of instructors or cancellations of the event agreed by the organisers.

3. Non-attendance, partial attendance or failure to comply with the rules

Failure to attend without a valid reason, partial attendance, late arrival or leaving early will not entitle you to a full or partial refund.

Nor will a refund be issued if entry is refused or the participant is expelled due to a breach of the Taikai rules, failure to provide proof of registration and payment, failure to comply with the dress code, safety or health regulations, rules regarding weapons or recording, unauthorised sales, inappropriate behaviour, or any action that compromises safety, the respect due to Nagato Sensei, or the proper conduct of the event.
