Official merchandise (T-shirts and sweatshirts without hood) is available exclusively to event ticket holders and must be reserved at the time of ticket purchase by adding it to your shopping cart.
Each attendee may purchase a maximum of one T-shirt and one sweatshirt.

At BUDO YA, they specialize in equipment and products for the practice of martial arts. In their online store, you can find specialized items such as swords, socks and other garments, leg protectors, and much more.

General Information
The event is open exclusively to active members of Hatsumi Sōke’s Bujinkan Dōjō organization.
No. Attendance as a spectator or observer is not permitted. Access is reserved exclusively for registered participants.
Yes. All participants must complete registration and full payment before the event. Entry will only be granted upon proper proof of registration and payment.
No. Registration is personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by the organization.
No. Registration is available only for the full seminar. Even if you attend only part of the event, the full registration fee applies.
Event Schedule and Organization
If unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers’ control prevent Nagato Sensei from attending, the organization will attempt to reschedule the Taikai.
Yes. An official interpreter will provide translation from Japanese into English and Spanish during the event.
Dress Code and Equipment
Participants must wear an appropriate keikogi or black kimono with Bujinkan patches or logos only.
Participants may wear:
- Fabric-sole tabi
- Leather-sole tabi
- Socks
The following are not permitted:
- Rubber-sole tabi
- Sports shoes
- Bare feet
Real weapons are not allowed inside the Taikai venue.
No. Sharp, pointed, metallic, or potentially dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
Health and Safety
Yes. By attending, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit for martial arts practice.
If you have any doubts regarding your physical or medical condition, you should consult a healthcare professional before attending the training sessions.
Yes. A medical assistance team will be present throughout the event to respond to emergencies.
Yes. Security personnel may accompany Nagato Sensei. All attendees must respect their role and follow any instructions provided.
Participation of Minors
Yes, but participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the event.
The accompanying parent or legal guardian is fully responsible for the minor throughout the Taikai.
Photos, Videos and Media
No. Video recording, photography, and flash usage are prohibited during training sessions.
Yes. Only photographers or media personnel expressly authorized by the organization may take photos or recordings.
The organization will make reasonable efforts to provide opportunities for non-flash photographs with Nagato Sensei outside the training sessions.
Merchandise and Sales
No. Unauthorized sales or promotion of goods or merchandise at or near the event venue are strictly prohibited.
The organization may deny entry or expel the person from the event without refund.
Rules and Conduct
Failure to comply with the Taikai rules may result in denial of entry or expulsion from the event.
No. Expulsion or denied entry due to rule violations does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Yes. Decisions made by the organization for safety, health, order, respect for the teacher, participant protection, or proper event management are binding for all attendees.
Intellectual Property
No. All website content, including texts, images, logos, videos, and documents, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization from the Bujinkan Collado Dojo Association (BCD).
Gifts to Nagato Sensei
No. For organizational and logistical reasons, direct delivery of gifts, souvenirs, or other items to Nagato Sensei during the event is not permitted.
Due to travel and customs limitations for the return trip to Japan, Nagato Sensei cannot transport additional items, especially those that are bulky, heavy, fragile, or restricted.
